Recruit Visit Week · Marietta, Georgia

Don't take our word for it.
Come live it for a week.

Train with the squad. Sit in the analytics room. Eat with the team, stay on campus with a player, and be in the sheds on matchday when we play SNU. Seven days inside a program that won six trophies last season — for the classes of 2027 and 2028, and college transfers.

What the week actually is

Three things, done properly.

This is not a tour with a lanyard. You are in the sessions, in the meetings, and in the building — treated exactly like the squad for the week you're here.

Life University squad training
01 · Train

In the session, not on the sideline

Full squad sessions, unit work, and a lift in the weight room with our performance staff. You'll be coached, not observed.

Campus, classes and the people

Stay in the dorm with a current player, eat with the team in the commons, sit in a class in the major you're considering, and meet admissions.

Saturday 31 October.
Life vs SNU. 11:00.

Everything builds to it. You'll see how the week's training turns into a game plan, sit in the briefing, and be there when it's tested. Then you'll watch us pull it apart on Sunday morning — the honest version, not the highlight reel.

The bit no one else does

You'll see your own numbers before you leave.

Every session here is measured. GPS on every athlete, every training session and every game. Strength and testing tracked against international standards. Every match coded and reviewed.

Train with us for a week and that machine runs on you too. On the Wednesday you'll sit in the analytics room and see your week on the screen — your distances, your speeds, your workload next to the squad's — and we'll show you exactly what a player in your position is expected to hit here, and what the gap looks like.

  • GPS & heart rate — every session you do while you're here
  • Strength profile — benchmarked against USA international standards
  • Position standards — what the role actually demands, in numbers
  • A written plan — where to spend the next twelve months

Who we're looking for

Three groups. One week.

Every position is open. We recruit forwards and backs on the same criterion: can you get better here, and will you make the people around you better.

2027

High school class of 2027

Entering college in autumn 2027. This is your recruiting year — come and find out whether this is the place before anyone asks you to decide.

2028

High school class of 2028

A year out. Come early, see the standard, and go home knowing exactly what to work on. We'll write it down for you.

College transfers

Already playing college rugby and looking for a program that will stretch you? Same week, same access. Bring your questions about credits and eligibility — we'll get them answered on the Wednesday.

“Six trophies last season and eighteen people from this program in USA pathways. None of that is why you should come. Come because you'll leave knowing exactly how good you are, and exactly what to do about it.”

Before you ask

The questions everyone has.

Is it really free?

Housing, meals and everything on campus for the week are on us. You cover getting yourself to Marietta. If flights are the thing standing in the way, tell us on the form — say so and we'll talk.

I can't miss a whole week of school.

Then take the short option: arrive Wednesday 28 October and you still get unit training, the analytics session, the admissions meeting, the captain's run and the full matchday. Or come for matchday alone. Tell us what works and we'll build around it.

Do I need to be good enough already?

No. We've taken athletes with one season behind them and athletes with ten. What we're looking at is how you learn, how you handle being coached, and what you do when you're tired. Come as you are.

I'm under 18. What do my parents need to do?

Fill in the guardian section on the form and tick the consent box. Before you travel we'll send the full itinerary, your player host's details, our staff contacts and emergency numbers. Parents are welcome on campus all week and very welcome at the game.

Where do I actually sleep?

In campus housing, with a current squad member as your host. She's your point of contact for the week — she'll walk you to sessions, sit with you at meals, and answer the questions you won't want to ask a coach.

Can I bring my club coach?

Yes, and we'd like it. Coaches are welcome in sessions and in the analysis room. Put their name on the form.

Will I get to talk about scholarships and academics?

Yes — Wednesday is set aside for it. Admissions, the majors you're considering, credits, and money. Bring your transcript and your questions.

What do I need to bring?

Boots, mouthguard, trainers and normal clothes. We'll give you training kit for the week. The confirmation email has the full list.

Oct 26 – Nov 1, 2026

Beds are limited. Matchday isn't moving.

Put your name down and we'll do the rest.
